Instructions
Follow the instructions for answering the questions on each page of the form. You may be asked to correct your answers if they don't follow the required format. All required fields are marked with a star: "*". Use your cursor to click in or hover over various fields for more detailed instructions.
If you are unable to complete the application, you will be able to save your work and come back to it later. To save an application, click "Save my progress and resume later" at the bottom of the pre-application screen. You will be prompted to enter your email address, to which your application link will be sent. Any information you have entered up to that point will be saved. To finish your application later, return to the application page by clicking the link that was sent to your email.
After you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 day, or if any of the information in this email is incorrect, contact us immediately.
Once the form is submitted we will do our best to respond promptly to let you know whether we will need to setup a meeting with you to discuss further rental arrangements. It may take up to two weeks before we provide any response.
If you are having difficulties completing online application yourself, My Utah Rentals, LLC representative can help you complete the online application. In this case, please submit your request online and we will contact your for your information and complete the form with you.
You can make changes to your application as often as you want before you submit it to My Utah Rentals, LLC.
After you submit your application, you will only be able to make changes by contacting My Utah Rentals, LLC via contact form.
